    Overview

    The HNPJF series GIS partial discharge online monitoring system adopts the UHF detection technology. The system uses the integrated modular design to integrate the signal acquisition unit, signal processing, A/D conversion, interference filtering, data processing and discharge quantity display, etc. in the station-end monitoring module. Each station-end monitoring module can run independently and records data respectively. Through a data communication bus, the data of several in-station monitoring modules is transmitted to the background analysis system for unified management and analysis. Through the Internet for remote transmission and real-time monitoring, the intensity and density of partial discharge signals can be analyzed online in real time. The real-time monitoring and analysis of the partial discharge tendency and the evaluation of the discharge degree are performed to avoid major accidents.

    Main Features

    l With the UHF method for monitoring, the system has strong anti-interference capability and high sensitivity (no less than 5pC); the system can operate reliably and stably in all kinds of bad weather and under any environment such as strong electromagnetic interference, radio interference and mechanical vibration.

    l The system can realize continuous real-time measurement of discharge pulse repetition times, amplitude and phase, data statistics, and drawing of 2D (φ-Q, φ-n and Q-n) and 3D spectrograms (φ-Q-n). The system can achieve accurate locating diagnosis of partial discharge fault points through information mode identification and fault type diagnosis;

    l The system can realize calculation and analysis of the historical development trend of the maximum discharge amplitude and discharge times of the partial discharge of the tested equipment, and evaluate the internal insulation status of GIS. The system can ensure the safety of the power system and provide basis for status inspection and repair of the equipment; and can provide reliable technical data for equipment adjustment evaluation and predictive maintenance.

    l The system can realize network remote diagnosis technology and automatic continuous remote transmission of data, etc.

    l With complete functions, the system has accident recalling, strong data analysis and processing, historical trend analysis and rich display functions, and its overall functional technology has reached the international leading level.
